Refund & Exchange Policy

At By Eggs, we want you to love your glow. However, due to the nature of our products and for the safety of all our customers, we maintain a strict hygiene and quality control policy.

Please read the following guidelines carefully to see if your purchase is eligible for a return or exchange.


1. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

We only offer refunds or exchanges for the following two scenarios:

  1. Incorrect Item Received: You received a product different from what was stated in your order confirmation.

  2. Damaged or Defective Goods: The product arrived broken, leaking, or with a manufacturing defect.

Important Conditions:

  • 5-Day Window: All requests must be submitted within 5 days of the date you received your package (based on tracking information).

  • Unopened & Unused: To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and with all seals intact. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used due to hygiene reasons.

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind or personal preference regarding scent, texture, or results.


2. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

If your situation meets the criteria above, please follow these steps to start your request:

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at hello@byeggs.com. Please use the following format to help us process your request faster:

Subject Line: [Refund OR Exchange] – (Your Order Number)

  • Product Name:

  • Quantity:

  • Reason: (Wrong product delivered / Product damaged upon delivery)

  • Photo/Video Proof: (Please attach clear photos of the shipping label and the product issue)

  • Comments: (Optional)

Step 2: Assessment

Our team will review your request within 2–3 working days. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item (if necessary).

Step 3: Resolution

  • Exchanges: We will ship the correct/replacement item to you at no additional cost.

  • Refunds: If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that banks may take 5–10 business days to reflect the credit in your account.


3. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), By Eggs will cover all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement.

  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Allergic Reactions

We strongly recommend a patch test before full use. While we understand that skin can be sensitive, we cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions as we provide a full list of ingredients on our website for your review prior to purchase. If you experience a reaction, please discontinue use and consult a professional.
