At By Eggs, we aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we handle your orders and get them safely to your doorstep.


1. Payment Options

For your security and convenience, all transactions on our website are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Accepted Methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa and Mastercard.

  • E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, ShopeePay, and Boost.

  • Online Banking: FPX (Direct bank transfer via your banking portal).

Payment is required in full at the time of checkout. Once your transaction is successful, you will receive an automated order confirmation email.


2. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to Malaysia and selected international countries. All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days of payment confirmation.

International Shipping

We are expanding! We currently deliver to selected countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please reach out to us at hello@byeggs.com to find out how we can arrange a delivery to you.


3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by your local customs department.

  • Responsibility: These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. By Eggs has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

  • Compliance: Please ensure that the products ordered comply with your local import regulations.


4. Tracking and Liability

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number via our courier partners.

  • Delivery Success: Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect information or "unclaimed" parcels.

  • Delays: While we strive for speed, By Eggs is not liable for delays caused by courier peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen transit issues once the parcel has left our facility.


5. Order Amendments

To maintain our 2-day dispatch promise, we are unable to amend or cancel orders once they have been confirmed. Please double-check your cart and address before completing your purchase.
